German rock salt, fine
Features:
It is not refined or bleached and is therefore particularly natural. Its high degree of dryness keeps the salt pourable and prevents lumps forming. There is no use of anti-caking agents.
Salt is not an agricultural product and is therefore not governed by EU regulations on organic farming. Consequently, pure sea salt is not available as an organic product.

Our rock salt comes from a 200-million-year-old salt mine in Saxony-Anhalt where it is mined and sieved.
