Tomatoes from Italy

Naturata Demeter tomato concentrate and the strained tomatoes come from the Italian farm Azienda Agricola Terre di Sangiorgio in San Giorgio Piacentino. Matteo Gazzola has been farming here according to biodynamic principles since 1990. While originally focusing on the production of vegetables for regional sale, he converted in 1995 and since then has been cultivating mainly tomatoes.
