Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this website, as required by legislation laid down in Sec. 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to Sec. 8 to 10 TMG, however, as the provider we are not obliged to monitor third-party data transmitted or stored, nor search for circumstances which indicate unlawful activity. This shall not affect obligations to remove or block the use of data in accordance with general legislation. Any liability in this respect is only incurred, however, from the point in time a specific legal violation becomes apparent. If corresponding legal violations come to our attention, we will remove the respective content without delay.

Liability for links

Our offer includes links to external third-party websites, over whose content we have no control. For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for such third-party content. The respective supplier or site operator is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. Linked sites have been examined for possible legal violations at the time of establishing the links. Illegal content could not be discerned at the time of linking.

Permanent control of the content of linked sites, however, cannot be expected without any concrete evidence of legal violations. If such legal violations come to our attention, we will remove the respective links without delay.

Copyright

Content and works presented on this site by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any kind of use beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the written consent of the author and/or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are only permissible for private, non-commercial use.

Where content on this site was not created by the site operator, third-party copyrights are observed. In particular, third-party content shall be marked as such. If, however, you become aware of a copyright violation, we would ask you to inform us accordingly. If such legal violations come to our attention, we will remove the respective content without delay.

Risk and infringement complaint system

A complaint system has been established through which internal and external people can inform the company of human rights or environmental risks or violations in its own business area and in the supply chain. If information or complaints about imminent or actual breaches of duty are received and these are confirmed, the company must prevent, end or at least minimize these grievances through remedial measures. The company must then take preventive measures to prevent further legal violations of the same type or to minimize the risk of this occurring.

Do you have such a complaint? Then please report this to: compliance@naturata.de
