Production

Naturata mustard is made in Switzerland. The raw materials are carefully checked and cleaned, before the mustard seeds are coarsely ground and mixed with other ingredients. The resulting paste is given sufficient time to mature, during which it can develop its characteristic aroma. The choice of mustard seed is decisive for the degree of spiciness, while the composition and length of maturation influence the taste and quality. Finally, the paste is ground until the desired consistency is achieved.

Tips for preparation

Ideal as the classic accompaniment for Bavarian-style veal sausage, but also a versatile addition to today’s cuisine. The sweet mustard enhances plant-based alternatives such as tofu as well as marinades, dressings and dips. It also makes for a finely balanced, aromatic note in sandwiches, bowls or savoury snacks.
