The owner fully converted to organic farming in 1988. Since December 2011, the farm has been biodynamically certified.

Production
The tomatoes are harvested at full ripeness and processed immediately after harvesting to ensure that their wonderful aroma, juicy color, and valuable nutrients are preserved. Tastes "just like freshly preserved", intensely fruity, and well-rounded in flavor.
