Production
Fresh organic mangoes are peeled, pitted, and then puréed. Gentle drum-drying produces a dried mango mass, which is finely ground in a special mill. The resulting powder retains the fruits natural aroma and flavor. Packed in practical PE pouches, the mango sweetener reaches the kitchen in the best quality.
Tips for preparation
Suitable for sweetening foods and beverages. Mango sweetener should not be exposed to high heat, as the powder may burn. Store in a dry, airtight container, protected from heat and light. The product is hygroscopic, so slight clumping may occur during longer storage.
