Naturata's fine Delicacy mayonnaise is made from high-quality Demeter ingredients using particularly gentle production methods in Switzerland. The well-balanced recipe gives the mayonnaise its typical flavour.
Features:
The practical tubes allow you to portion the products exactly and cleanly. They are protected from the air and therefore stay fresh longer, even without the use of preservatives. The tube is made of recycled aluminium.

Production
For all its mayonnaise specialities Naturata uses Demeter sunflower oil which has been deodorised before processing.
As a result, storability is improved and its delicate characteristic flavour is not masked by the aroma of the oil.
To make Naturata Delicacy mayonnaise, pasteurised Demeter eggs and the other ingredients are mixed with sunflower oil and thoroughly homogenized. This step requires a lot of experience and skill.
