Production
The grapes are harvested by hand. After that, the fruit is dried, whereby just before drying ends the grapes are rubbed together by hand so that the stalks come off. Then the grapes are cleaned by sieving. After being cleaned with water any remaining stalks are removed and the fruit is dried. Then they are moistened with sunflower oil to prevent them from sticking together. Finally, the grapes are sorted again by hand and then packaged.
