Production
The apples are harvested shortly before they are fully ripe, peeled and the core removed. Then they are cut into equal slices (approx. 5 mm thick) and dried quickly.
Tips for preparation
Suitable as a snack or for adding to mueslis, biscuits, desserts, fruit loaf, smoothies, confectionery and salads.
