Production
The figs ripen until they fall from the tree. They are then picked up and dried. Next, they undergo a number of sorting steps as well as inspection by means of UV light. After that, the fruit is shaped by hand ("Lerida" shape), rinsed in salted water and dried. They are flash-frozen prior to shipping.

Suitable as a snack or for adding to mueslis, biscuits, desserts, fruit loaf, smoothies, confectionery and salads.
