Crispy, light, delicious: Naturata slightly sweetened butter rusks made from top-quality organic ingredients are a convincing combination of delicate crispness and fine butter aroma. The light, crispy alternative to bread is particularly easily digestible and tastes good on its own, or with a savoury or sweet topping.
Features:
Much skill goes into baking the rusks in accordance with an old, traditional recipe. The yeast used is 100 % organic; the remaining ingredients are Demeter-certified. The wheat comes from regional farmers in South Germany. Production also takes place there, at a small family-run artisanal business.
In cooperation with myclimate, Naturata compensates for all CO2 emissions generated during production and transport of product and packaging.
Free of palm oil, artificial aromas as well as unnecessary additives and auxiliary agents.

Production
These delicately crisp, slightly sweetened rusks with its fine butter aroma is produced in Germany in a small family-run artisanal business. They are baked in accordance with an old, traditional recipe, cut into slices, sorted by hand onto baking trays and then roasted until golden brown. The practice of baking twice gives the rusks their name in German, "Zwieback". The result is a light, crispy treat with a mild roast aroma.
Only high-quality certified organic ingredients are used for the rusks. The yeast used is exclusively 100 % organic; the remaining ingredients are all Demeter-certified. Naturata made a conscious decision to do without palm oil.
Tips for preparation
Whether on their own, or with a savoury or sweet topping, Naturata rusks suit a host of situations: in the morning for breakfast, as a snack in between meals or for cooking and baking. The rusks are a valuable contribution to special light diets and in children's nutrition. As a healthy alternative to fatty crackers and high-calorie sweets, they are Ideal for enjoying on the move or as a snack at home.
Tip: broken up into fine crumbs, rusks are a tasty topping for desserts, fruit salad and yoghurt.
