Production
The chicory coffee has been produced from the start with much dedication by a small Swiss company with a long tradition.
Prior to roasting, the chicory roots are chopped and dried. Next, they are gently roasted. Here, the experience of the roaster plays a decisive role: it should neither be too long nor too short. The roasted chicorys are now only coarsely ground and the chicory coffee is ready for filtering.
Tips for preparation
Naturata chicory coffee can be enjoyed not only as a hot drink or as iced coffee. It also adds a sophisticated touch to desserts and a host of other dishes.
