The hot and spicy Brazilian Fire Sauce is a stand-out combination of coriander, parsley, chives and spearmint. Cayenne pepper gives it its fiery taste and, scoring 3 out of 5 chillis, it rates as one of our hottest barbecue sauces. The sauce is perfect with steaks, smoked tofu as well as various vegetarian and vegan alternatives. As a sweetener we only use agave syrup concentrate. We use guar gum as a thickener.

Production

All Naturata sauces are produced in Germany. The ingredients are sourced from organic farms. They are enhanced with organic herbs and spices from various parts of the world. The selected ingredients are chopped and gently cooked. The hot sauces are then bottled immediately in airtight jars.

Even after opening, the barbecue sauces can be kept for some time if stored in the fridge.
