Our bar is double-coated with a premium couverture containing 61% cocoa. This high-quality chocolate layer not only provides an intense flavor but also combines with the cream to deliver a velvety texture that melts in the mouth. Additionally, the use of genuine Bourbon vanilla lends the bar a subtle, natural vanilla note, perfectly rounding out the flavor. Crafted with great care in Switzerland.

Production
The filling is extruded, cooled, and cut to the desired length. The cut filling is then coated twice with couverture, cooled, and packaged.
