Production

Naturata Organic Linseed Oil is made exclusively from Demeter linseeds grown in Austria. The seeds are gently cold pressed using a screw press at the lowest possible temperatures. No chemical preservatives, additives or processing aids are used. The result is a natural, high-quality oil that preserves the pure taste and valuable nutrients of the linseed.

Tips for preparation

Linseed oil is not suitable for cooking or frying, as its valuable fatty acids are sensitive to heat. It should be stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, it is best consumed within two months to enjoy its full freshness and delicate flavour.

This oil is perfect for cold dishes. Whether in salads, dips, sauces, marinades or spreads – its characteristic flavour enhances a wide variety of meals. Also delicious in the classic combination with potatoes and quark or enjoyed pure on its own, linseed oil is a real enrichment. Added to smoothies, it provides a valuable nutritional boost
