Naturata instant Espresso is a blend of choice Arabica and Robusta beans from cooperatives in Uganda, Papua New Guinea, Peru and Honduras. It is only when the beans from different regions are blended that the coffee gets its typically strong aroma.

Naturata instant Espresso pure coffee is produced in Germany:
First, the coffee beans are gently roasted. Here, the experience of the roaster plays a decisive role: the roasting process should neither be too long nor too short. The roasted beans are then coarsely ground and extraction can begin: this involves the roasted beans being very gently flooded with hot water according to the counter-current principle. A sort of strong coffee is prepared which is then repeatedly thickened. The resulting brown coffee concentrate, with 25 % dry matter, is sprayed as a fine mist in a tall spraying tower. The liquid content of the droplets is extracted as they fall through a current of hot air. What arrives at the bottom is dried instant coffee powder.
This time-consuming production process, including the final spray-drying step, is responsible for the delicate crema ? similar to a freshly brewed pure coffee ? which the instant espresso gets when water is added. No auxiliary agents are used.
Tips for preparation
For an espresso, put 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 2g) of coffee in an espresso cup and pour on approx. 60ml of hot water. Give it a stir - ready! Tip: enhance your espresso with some frothy milk and enjoy it as an espresso macchiato.
To make a latte macchiato, pour hot frothy milk into a tall glass. Then prepare the espresso as described above and pour it slowly into the milk.
Naturata Espresso pure coffee can be enjoyed not only as a hot drink or as iced coffee. It also adds a sophisticated touch to desserts and a host of other dishes.
