NATURATA Demeter tomato sugo is a typically Italian pasta sauce and comes from the Italian farm Azienda Agricola Terre di Sangiorgio in San Giorgio Piacentino. Matteo Gazzola has been farming here according to biodynamic principles since 1990. While originally focusing on the production of vegetables for regional sale, he converted in 1995 and since then has been cultivating mainly tomatoes. At the same time, a production facility was built in which the tomatoes can be processed as soon as they have been harvested. This means the fruits can ripen fully on the field so that you can taste the full power of the Italian sun in the products.

Production
The sun-ripened tomatoes are harvested by hand and processed on the farms immediately to ensure that their wonderful aroma, intense colour and valuable ingredients are not lost. To preserve their full taste and ingredients, the aromatic fruits are cooked using traditional artisanal methods.
