Matteo Gazzola has been farming here according to biodynamic principles since 1990. While originally focusing on the production of vegetables for regional sale, he converted in 1995 and since then has been cultivating mainly tomatoes. At the same time, a production facility was built in which the tomatoes can be processed as soon as they have been harvested. This means the fruits can ripen fully on the field so that you can taste the full power of the Italian sun in the products.
