Production
To make Naturata tomato concentrate, fresh tomatoes are processed to make juice within 24 hours of harvesting. This is partially evaporated to double the concentration to a dry mass of 28-30 %. The double concentrated tomato concentrate is then heated to 80 °C and filled into tubes.
