Production
The sultanas are harvested by hand. After briefly being dipped in potash, the fruit is dried, whereby just before drying ends the sultanas are rubbed together by hand so that the stalks come off. Then the grapes are cleaned by sieving, washed in water and dried. Finally, they are drizzled with sunflower oil to prevent them from sticking together. Then they are sorted again by hand and packaged.

Suitable as a snack or for adding to mueslis, biscuits, desserts, fruit loaf, smoothies, confectionery and salads.
