Production
The fully-ripe peanuts are dug out of the ground and freed of any soil clinging to them, first by shaking, then by washing. Then the peanuts, which are still in their husks, are dried. The peanuts are freshly roasted at approx. 120 °C and salted, at which point the skins come off.
Tips for preparation
Suitable as a snack or for adding to salads and Asian dishes, for example.
