The vegetable stocks are produced in a traditional family-run business in Switzerland. The business has many years of experience in manufacturing soups. No flavour enhancers (sodium glutamate), stabilisers or thickeners are used. The entire range of stocks is gluten-free and lactose-free. All stocks are based on purely plant-based raw materials and are therefore ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
Tips for preparation
Pour 1 litre of boiling water over a heaped tablespoon of vegetable stock and stir well.
Use the stock for making soups, enhancing sauces and stews or rounding off vegetable dishes. Also tastes delicious as a bouillon drink.
